1. Envoyer la Fiche d’inscription en PJ avec photo et recto carte d’identité

2. Envoi du lien pour finaliser la licence

3. Validation par le club une fois tout ou partie du Paiement de la licence

NB : Le pass’sport est reconduit ; pour savoir si vous y avez droit : aller vérifier sur https://www.pass.sports.gouv.fr/ Puis : obtenir mon Pass Sport

Pour les seniors prévoir un Certificat médical (cf. modèle)
